Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

There is a major battle brewing with FDA which has been threatening to declare that bioidentical hormones can no longer be compounded, affecting the health of millions of women and men. The latest shot was a report by the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) supporting FDA’s contention that they are “too difficult to compound” and have limited clinical utility.
